连杆蝶阀阀板的优化设计

           连杆蝶阀是蝶阀的一种结构形式,主要应用于冶金高炉热风炉系统的管道中,它具有体积小,重量轻,动作灵活,拆装方便等优点。因此,视镜连杆蝶阀在热风炉系统的空气、煤气、烟气等介质管道中得到了广泛应用。

   连杆蝶阀的结构特点  连杆蝶阀的结构如图1所示,它主要由驱动装置、法兰阀板、阀体、主轴、杆系等零部件组成。阀门的启闭是靠驱动装置驱动主轴带动杆系机构运动,从而实现阀板的打开和关闭。通过图1可以看出,无论阀门在开启还是关闭的时候,阀板及其连动部件始终是在介质的包围之中。当阀门关闭时,阀板要承受介质的所有压力,这样就会引起阀板的塑性变形,进而使其连动件引起变形;当阀门开启时,阀板又会受到介质的冲刷,管接头以及介质流动所引起的阀板本身的振动,这样同样会加快连动部件的损坏,尤其是铰接处固体自润滑轴承的损坏。因此,连杆蝶阀阀板的寿命也就是连杆蝶阀的寿命。

   连杆蝶阀阀板的结构分析  根据连杆蝶阀阀板的结构特点,加工制造时一般不采用铸造结构,传统阀板主要采用焊接的形式,如图2所示,阀板上两立板采用钢板直接下料,大圆钢板下料后需要热压成形,压出一定弧度,然后与立板焊接,最后进行机加工。

  从工艺角度对此种结构的阀板进行分析,从图2中可以看出,过滤器阀板由三部分组成:立板、垫板、大圆钢板。如果采用此种结构的阀板,垫板和立板可以直接下料成形,而大圆钢板则需要工艺人员首先算出下料尺寸,然后再按要求的弧度做出压形胎具,用胎具将大圆钢板压制成形,最后与其他两件组对焊接。而主要问题就出在制造压形胎具这一步,通过图2可以看出,阀板中心部分为弧形,边缘是一平面,安全阀这就需要每做一个规格的阀门,就要做一种胎具,否则不能压出所需要的形状。这无形之中就增加了企业的制造成本。

 用有限元技术对这种结构进行分析,如图3所示是在dn1700连杆蝶阀传统结构阀板上加0.4mpa压力时的分析结果,可以看出整个阀板最大变形处在两立板上,此时发生的最大变形为1.69mm,这样会使与阀板相连的销轴和轴套受到很大的损坏。如图4所示是热风炉冷风管道的dn1700冷风阀的损坏情况(冷风管道压力为0.47mpa,温度为350℃),该阀门损坏原因是与阀板相连的销轴变弯,销轴处自润滑轴承被完全挤碎。
